I realize that I am way behind since this party was about a month ago, but here it is anyway. Since everyone has been sick for so long it took me forever to download the pics. Also while doing this I realized that I do not have a lot of pictures of the actual party so you will have to take my word for the fact that it was adorable and huge success.
All of the little girls dressed up and when they first arrived they made and decorated wands. I cut out card stock and glued it on dowel rods that I had painted silver. They we had jewels and ribbons and stickers that they could decorate with. They loved it, and I liked it because it was a little different than the usual crowns. After that we played Kiss the Frog (like pin the tale on the donkey) I drew a huge frog on poster board and cut out lips and they were blindfolded. It was just for fun, because at this age you still get little ones who cry when they lose.
For food the girls had sandwiches that were cut into hearts, fruit "wands" and a scone (since it was supposed to be a tea party)
And of course, my favorite part was the cake. I loved it, it was a strawberry cake so when we cut into it was pink. It seemed to be a big hit
