Ode to the Panini
I finally bought a Panini press at Target yesterday. I have been lusting after it for a long time, so I finally broke down and bought one yesterday. I don't why I waited so long, it was only $35, but I am a little cheap about things like that. So last night I made a turkey and bacon panini with provolone cheese and it was fabulous!! So easy to use and it makes a crunchy, melty, delightful sandwich. I have been researching and finding all kinds of recipes to try. I am so excited. It's the little things in life!!

I use pesto in my turkey panini - it's the perfect combo of tons of spices. YUM.
